As creative director and project manager of AVID Design, Jay Kelly produced this CD-ROM for The Glendale Adventist Medical Center Foundation. The CD utilizes animation, voice-over, video and animated on-screen text to inform users about the mission and history of the foundation and provides trackable web-links to on-line giving.
Features of note in this CD-ROM are interactive floor plans depicting naming opportunities for donors and a link to their printable fundraising brochure. Also of note are video testimonials from community members, staffers and board members, as well as an interactive timeline depicting Glendale Adventist Medical Center's role in the history of Glendale, California.
